ICF Baltic Camp 2022
We would be glad to meet all coaches in ICF Baltic Camp, that will take place in Rixwell Hotel Elefant, Kalnciema Str 90, Riga, Latvia!
ICF Baltic Camp is especially prepared event by three countries (ICF Latvia, ICF Estonia, ICF Lithuania). The main goal is to strengthen cooperation between coaches and grow as professionals together. A specially advised program with actual topics and experienced speakers has been prepared for participants.
Thanks to ICF Global support the participants will have an opportunity to meet and to listen the following international experts as Alla Kazajeva, Boris Dobis un Catherine Tanneau.
Program:
Boris Dobis (ACC, ICF Slovakia, ICF Credentials & Standards Board Chair) "ICF Credentials and Standarts – NEWS." Overview of changes in ICF credentials.
Catherina Tanneau (MCC, ICF Professional Coaches Global Board Chair) "Coaching Global development tendencies."
Katrin Oblikas (PCC, ICF Estonia President) "Workshop "Baltic ICF Cooperation"." Brainsorm and share the ideas how to keep growing together in the Baltic countries/Nordic region.
Joanna Kristine Golubeva (ICF Latvia) "Master class "Transformation game" - method of team and individual coaching." Using of Transformation games in your coaching process, benefits and value added, experience etc
Marius Pranauskas (ICF Lithuania Board member) "Increasing the chapter community engagement." (workshop & experience sharing)
Inese Matvejeva - Gerena (PCC, ICF Latvia President) and Laura Vanaga (PCC, ICF Latvia vicepresident) "Communication tips and tricks in public relations and social networks for coaches." How to communicate confidently even when the questions are uncomfortable and there are some worries
Meelis Luht (ICF Estonian Board member) "Coaching practice in triades to improve competencies." Work in triades to improve coaching competencies, 20 minutes as a coach, 20 min as a cochee and 20 min as a observer, 10 min feedback,3 rounds, learning feedback, safe environment, confidence building.
At the end of the second day after the official program the room will be open for participants. Everybody can stay to continue networking and individual meetings with each other.
