Profesionālā pieredze I am Optimus Prime of the AgileTransformer team of Agile practitioners who provide complex transformation, training; coaching services. Am Agile transformation lead or Enterprise Agile Coach. My focus is on senior leaders, enterprise and I try to stay on intersection of Lean-Agile, Strategy and OD (Organization Design). I like combining experience and knowledge from the past with contemporary approaches such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc. in a non-dogmatic and agnostic way. Worked in various sectors - telecoms, banks, IT, consultancy, education, manufacturing, retail, oil&gas etc. Provided coaching and training all over the EMEA region. Training executives, managers, scrum masters, product owners, teams, individuals. Our trainings are praxis based, engaging, visual, gamified and focused on value, outcome and impact. Moreover, am Certified Trainer for “Training from the BACK of the Room!” and can train other trainers ;) Worked in various management positions in telecoms and even as CIO (Career Is Over) in the international retail chain. Recently finished a 2 year 100% workload assignment (through IBM) as Agile Coach in the modernization and transformation of BP (British Petroleum) in the AGT region (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey) and now am helping insurance company Balta (part of PZU Group) and few more. Active in agile community, organizing events and presenting learnings in local and regional events - "we share because we care" :)
